Guided snowshoe hike

A real summit hike with snowshoes to the Muttjöchle on the Sonnenkopf.

 

From the Sonnenkopfbahn mountain station, we hike through deep snow and along winter hiking trails up to the summit of the Muttjöchle. Once at the top, we enjoy phenomenal views (I promise!) of the Klostertal and Silbertal, from the Arlberg region, across the Rätikon and the Swiss Alps to the Lechquellengebirge. After a warm cup of tea and a sign in the summit book, we return to the mountain station, happy and refreshed.

• Where: Sonnenkopfbahn valley station, Danöfen am Arlberg

• Duration: approx. 4.5 hours

• Participants: from 4 people, small groups on request

• Price: € 49,- per person, including rental of snowshoes and poles

• Registration: until 4 pm the day before at annawandert
